Terrible customer service . No communication . Went for an estimate for them to not even let us talk to the person doing the taxes . Waited 3 hours for them to charge me 75 dollars for nothing . Extremely rude and front desk told me that they wasted paper on us . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

First time coming was last year, which was also my fist time doing my taxes. I had no idea what I was doing but the lady that did my taxes was supper nice, I was recommended my family so I thought everything would be good. Last year she didn’t let me file for my sons daycare cause I was already going to get the “max” that I could get. This year I decided to try someone different and I got x2 the amount.
