Last month I called to see about trading in my Ford Escape and getting a new lease. Bella was beyond patient with me and priced out a dozen different options before I settled on one. The car was delivered to my house and signing papers took 5 minutes. This was the BEST car buying/leasing experience I have ever had. No wasted hours at the dealership haggling.
