calling me with No call ID number,tells bus delay 15mins. End up wait nearly an hour in the freezing cold weather.

Took the Island Link from Courtenay to Departure Bay. Nice bus driver and got us there on time. Bus is a bit compact though

I was in a Comox today with my bike ( Tuesday morning at 10). There were literally 3 people waiting for the bus. I called the contact number that I could have my bike on the bus or not. The operator which apparently was the boss, not only says no you cannot, he accused me of arguing and talking with him. On top of that he called the driver to make sure I don't get into the bus. Travel with IL to Nanaimo all the time. Never had one complaint about this service. Only missed the ferry once when we were following a (drunk) driver on highway 19..Turned out to be an older gent with poor driving skills...
