I HAVE USED THIS BUS SERVICE TWICE SO FAR, AND HAD TO CANCEL ONCE. SO I HAVE REFUND SITTING IN MY ACCOUNT FOR $68 SINCE 2023. AFTER WAITING ONE FULL YEAR(I GOT MY DRIVERS LICENSE) , I STARTED THE PROCESS TO GET REFUND. I HAD TO EMAIL 100 TIMES , BASICALLY UNTIL OCTOBER OF 2025 AND STILL COUDLNT GET THE REFUND. THEY ARENT VERY EFFICIENT, EASY TO CHARGE CLIENTS CARDS, BUT THIS IS HOW IT IS, MONOPOLY RULES!
