Manager was able to help with a customer service concern. Appointment pending for Thursday, will update more based on experience at the spa. UPDATE: After a rough initial customer service experience, the manager was able to resolve my concern and take care of then customer. For those not aware be careful of the scheduling process and expiration of gift cards. I just finished up a quick talk with the people of this establishment. My concern was that I could not find a ramp to enter the building. I called and left a message. The lady who returned my call was friendly enough- but when I asked her how this could be called a “wellness center “ without the ability to accommodate folks with disabilities? She did not know.
