We used the drop off option for our taxes this year. Everyone I interacted with was professional and kind and patient, despite being extremely busy. I appreciate their hard work and that they submitted our taxes in time since we got such a late start.
Unfortunately, this was not a positive experience. The overall attitude from Joe felt dismissive and unwelcoming. Clear communication and professionalism were lacking, which made an already stressful process worse. The whole time he was rushing us and kept reminding us we only had ONE hour for two tax returns. We paid $360 to have two separate returns completed - which felt unreasonable given the circumstances, and for only one hour of time when we needed more but again was continuously reminded how much time we had left.
