They simply just don't turn up, we asked for quotes 3 times twice before they moved and we agreed a time, then they moved to the industrial estate in Newport, again appointed booked, come home early from work and waited - we have given up! They must be very busy but why make appointments?
Reece and Dan fitted me an Aire 5 log burner yesterday. They were polite, courteous, neat and tidy and did an all round first class job. I know it's a hell of a wait for burners these days but it was certainly worth the wait. Well done Island Stoves.
