I ordered a shirt over a month ago. No shirt. No email back. No one will answer the phone. I don’t even need the shirt anymore and want to cancel my order. It’s ridiculous!

This is where we we have been coming (since purchasing in NWW in 2008) for unique, good quality custom and/ or discounted tee shirts and other clothes. We've had dozens of shirts, sweat shirts, and hoodies made here. Every time I walk in, I end up grabbing a bunch of fun stuff from the clearance racks. Ordered a shirt 2 Weeks ago online.. spoke owner Jack and exchanged emails several times each time with an assurance the shirt is being shipped. Even printed a USPS label which I checked for 3 days and which still has yet to ship or get picked up or dropped for shipment.. I'm staying on you Jack. I have yet made it down to the beach... But if I do get a chance, I'll swing by and you can refund the shipping we talked about.. Poor customer service.
