Think twice before doing business with Island Savings—in fact, run! I’m switching lenders as soon as possible. They take no accountability for their constant mistakes, offering nothing more than a hollow “I apologize for that” while their operations remain a mess. Customers are forced to jump through hoops to fix their inefficiencies, as if we’re the problem. Customer service seems nonexistent, or maybe I’ve just been dealing with the wrong people.
