Unfriendly and unhelpful tellers. This branch leaves a lot to be desired. Other branches are much better. Their name is Island Savings but they are owned by an American company named Tru Cooperative.
Service is friendly, but account admin has been full of mistakes and corrections over the years right from the start. Some were big like giving the wrong person joint access and others smallish like paperwork errors, but I've never had so many with other banks. The phoneline has limited hours, so no help evenings/weekends when I usually need it most.
