Think twice before doing business with Island Savings—in fact, run! I’m switching lenders as soon as possible. They take no accountability for their constant mistakes, offering nothing more than a hollow “I apologize for that” while their operations remain a mess. Customers are forced to jump through hoops to fix their inefficiencies, as if we’re the problem. Customer service seems nonexistent, or maybe I’ve just been dealing with the wrong people. Moved to a different town 3 years ago that has no branch. Hasn't been a problem until I needed actually service. I have called 3 times trying to get a stamped form. Have been told twice to wait for a call back. Have been told twice there is no record of my previous calls because I can't remember who I talked to. Very poor customer service, and very poor understanding of customer situations, with limited resources. Will be closing my account asap.
