Customer service is always so friendly and helpful. The photos always come out great.
We have ordered photos from Island Photography several times and we have been pleased with all of them. The customer service is good and photo quality excellent. Don't hesitate to order from this company. They do a great job.
Customer service is great as in response, but the company itself is horrible. Ordered on September 1st and still haven't received it. Even after multiple emails. I just want my sons senior photos ALREADY. 6-10 buisness days are long gone. No wonder they have 2 stars. About to start addressing my concerns with the school district. It just an outright inflated prices (think of 10x) at the cost of students graduating from school or college. One 8x10 portrait (A La Carte) costs 65.95 $$$ Its insane to see how they could not even think of revising their prices a bit despite such bad reviews all over! I wanted to give 0 stars but Google does not provide one!
