Amazing product and service. Andrew delivered my patio furniture to my home personally. Also when there was a manufacturers defect he brought me a new piece of furniture back the same day! Five stars across the board.

The quality of the furniture is amazing and the customer service was perfect. I would definitely buy from them again.
Missing feet for chairs. Missing screws. Holes are covered by the wicker/rattan on whatever it is, so cant even screw some feet on. Have complained and the best response I got was "pay me $100 and I will come have a look". My first complaint wasnt even answered, and I sent photos of the problems. They were nice up until purchase. Highly do NOT recommend. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
Purchased a fire table and patio L shape sectional from one of your dealers. They gave two matching end pillows that don’t obviously work on one end as it has to be reversed. They said to reach out to Island Patio directly which I did back in the summer time. No one replied or got back to me to say they would fix the problem or even respond at all saying they wouldn’t do anything. Please fix my problem so I can enjoy my furniture. I will gladly change this review to a 5 star if you do. Jamie Turner
