Hi, we were waiting at the bus stop by KOA at 7:42pm tonight and Route 1 didn't stop. Its not the first time this happens.

Not a great experience. Got on a shuttle. It didn't go north again on Padre Blvd. Ended up in Port Isabel and took a Lyft back. Wth?! Hope it's better if I try it again while still here. The app could be much more user friendly. There should be route pamphlets at hotels and stops. I've figured out mass transit in Chicago and Washington D.C. but NOT here. A smaller place should be easier.
