I called with no reservation and got ahold of Josh to rent a jeep last min! This fella and his company went out of the way to work with me on pick up and drop off times. Checked on things during the week and the jeep was exactly what he said. Well taken care of and truly great experience all around. We will use them for our next trip hands down!
Amazing company! They are so easy to work with! They dropped off the jeep, which was in perfect condition, and we had a hiccup and need to change our drop off location and they were incredibly accommodating! My kiddos spilt some ice cream in the backseat and they didn’t charge me and and a leg. They are really a 5 star renal company and I will use them again.
We’ve used Island Jeep Excursions twice now and will absolutely use them again in the future. The ease of Jeep pickup at the airport is unmatched. While others wait in the rental car line for long periods of time, there’s nothing better than being able to go right out to your Jeep waiting for you in the parking lot. Same goes for drop off- it’s as quick and easy as parking the Jeep and getting on your way. Great experience overall, highly recommend.
Great except GPS didn’t work with phone. Otherwise it was great!
