Great group of people here! Our Jeep broke down and we had to rent a car while waiting for a part to come in. Bobby and his team helped us out and made the experience easy!
Much thanks to Bobby for excellent customer service and personally working with us for a last minute long distance car rental. Our family traveled safely and comfortably to Florida in the SUV Palisade from Island Jeep and Car Rentals. We are always grateful for an opportunity to support a local business on the Outer Banks.

Bobby Stansbury the manager after we rented the jeep in March for our vacation in July was the most amazing man to take care of us. We were picking up on Saturday which happened to be an extended holiday and Bobby was kind enough (even though business was closed ) meet us to get our rental jeep Exceptional customer service and the rental jeep we were to receive smelled when he arrived for us to pickup then cleaned another for us to drive.
