Reina is a fantastic RMT, I would highly recommend if you are an athlete or looking for general relief. Her understanding and knowledge of how to treat the acute issue is 10/10.

I had a wonderful RMT appointment with Kati Boulin this morning at Island Integrative Health. With plenty of parking around the building and across the street, getting to the clinic's oceanfront location was stress-free. Kati was absolutely amazing! She asked the right amount of questions, highlighting her attentiveness and ensuring I was heard. Her massage was both relaxing and targeted (strong, might I add). I was recommended by many co-workers and am very happy with my massage therapist, Reina. I'll recommend her to family and friends. Her approach to massage is great, and she provides commentary that is grounded in wellness. I was so inspired by her that I followed through on her recommendation to try yoga and suspect I'll be a regular now. Thank you!
