Moving my mom into Island House soon with the help of Juliet and really looking forward to her joining the community!
Juliette was a godsend to our family! She has helped my mom feel like she is at home in her new surroundings. The island house is a beautiful and friendly community. Everyone that works there and lives there have made my mom feel at home We are so thankful!!
We looked at a number of assisted living options both on Mercer Island and in Bellevue. While we have decided to wait before making the move, we definitely feel that Island House is the best place for us and plan to move there when the time comes. Juliet, Wilson and Sandy were warm, friendly, and made us feel that Island House could be home. Our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly.
Island House is a cozy and comfortable community on Mercer Island! I am happy that my mother is a resident here. My feeling is that administration and staff are warm and try to ensure that the residents are well taken care of. The location is convenient for the residents, and I think they do provide adequate wellness activities for the residents. I would like to highlight Juliet and Wilson. I want to express my appreciation and a huge Thank You to the Island House team for taking great care of my mom during a time of crisis and live changing adjustment moving to assisted living. Im super grateful for the warmth and love given by Juliet Chandler during the transition, making Mom feel like she's home and welcomed. Thank You!
