My mom and I loved our tour of Island House! Juliet was so incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions and giving a tour of the property. Along the way, she introduced us to staff and a few current residents. She described the community as a big family, and that is what it felt like from our tour!
Island House is wonderful and is at a great location. The staff here are great and very responsive. I highly recommend this facility if you are looking for a place for yourself or family member.
I enjoy Island House very much. I know and speak to the residents. I enjoy the atmosphere and the location here is wonderful. There are stores nearby and a park nearby that are walkable. The staff here has made my experience here feel homey. Ayzhiel works at the front desk and she is very kind and helpful. I enjoy the lovely people at Island House. The surroundings are very pleasant and the location is very convenient for my daughters. TV reception is excellent. Many activities to stimulate the brain.
My favorite thing about island house are the people and how they help. I can call up on the phone with anything I need and it’s always addressed immediately. It’s like one big large family. Juliet is the sales director who helped me move in and she is so friendly and helpful. Wilson is the executive director and he will come right down and roll his sleeves up and fix things if they need to be fixed. George is my favorite caregiver and the entire staff are so helpful.
