I am a musician who performs at Island House many times a year. The residents have always seemed well cared for and the staff is friendly and attentive.
I play piano at this facility and it's always super nice! Everyone is friendly & welcoming :)
Island House is a great spot for seniors on Mercer Island. It is very close to both Seattle and Bellevue, they do rides for residents for both for doctor visits. The staff are very friendly and do that little bit extra to make residents smile. It was a great choice.
Normally don’t write reviews unless it’s really important and needs to be shared. My dearest friend and mother wasn’t able to tour Island House herself so she asked me if I could go and do that for her and just help her make that decision with her.About a year ago I toured Island House and met with Juliet. Juliet is very professional but very nice and caring and passionate about her work. She was very helpful and answer questions that we had in timely manner.
