We looked at a number of assisted living options both on Mercer Island and in Bellevue. While we have decided to wait before making the move, we definitely feel that Island House is the best place for us and plan to move there when the time comes. Juliet, Wilson and Sandy were warm, friendly, and made us feel that Island House could be home. Our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly.
Island House is a cozy and comfortable community on Mercer Island! I am happy that my mother is a resident here. My feeling is that administration and staff are warm and try to ensure that the residents are well taken care of. I want to express my appreciation and a huge Thank You to the Island House team for taking great care of my mom during a time of crisis and live changing adjustment moving to assisted living. Im super grateful for the warmth and love given by Juliet Chandler during the transition, making Mom feel like she's home and welcomed. Thank You!
We have been residents of Island House for three weeks now. Upon entering the facility, we knew it was our home forever. We were greeted by a fantastic staff and friendly residents that made us feel so happy and welcome. We have a cute, little apartment with everything we need. Our days are full of activities. I’ve been at Island House for a year and am pleased to have chosen such an ideal place for me. When I first walked into the facility I was impressed with all the smiles and friendly faces. This is a very active community, you can do as much or as little as you want. Many thanks to Juliet for her relaxed and thorough tour.
