An absolutely awful company to deal with. Avoid them if you wnt to leave your worries at home and enjoy a stress free break.
Overall, excellent. We rented a cottage called Lavender Cottage, in Arreton. However, I will make some constructive suggestions: 1/ Please update the WiFi Password in the property information folder. 2/ To inform future guests of the fact the parking gate is locked all night. 3/ Inform the customers about alternatives to car parking other than the space inside the Arreton Barns complex. 4/ To make arrangements to allow customers to arrive late if necessary (keypad on door?).
