Basic pot shop.
These people will rip you off if given the chance. They don’t honor their defective return policy and are disingenuous. Go somewhere that appreciates their customers and know how to treat a customer with courtesy and respect. To grab my defective vape cartridge, go in the back room for 10 minutes, then come out and tell me it works but they can’t show me it working is BS. I’ve always appreciated your staff’s recommendation to keep my receipt in case a cartridge doesn’t function properly with my vape pen — a policy that has given me confidence in the products I buy.
