Todd and Zack were WONDERFUL! My Mom was buying an adjustable bed and rocker for her new home in LTC. They were patient and kind as she took her time deciding on what to buy. Then her cards were declined and they gave us time and space to figure out what the issue was. Thank you both for your kindness today. It will be remembered.
Bought a mattress here and the mattress has stopped by more than 9 inches on the side. The store refuses to help we've contacted beautyrest but they can't help because the store has deleted everything before February 2021. We paid over $2000 for a mattress and boxspring but can't use the warranty due to the store deleating everything. Zero help from the store or from beautyrest even when I have proof of the date I purchased it and still have all the tags on the mattress and box spring. I visited Island furniture last week on Aberdeen Ave. The staff were very helpful and I did make my purchase from them. I didn’t need to go anywhere else. I highly recommend them and the prices are within the budget I had set.
