UPDATE: August 27th, 2026. Having spoken to the GM of Island Furniture, J.S., the issue has been efficiently and compassionately resolved. His concern for customer service, and the care shown by Z.O, of the other location prompts me to amend my rating to that shown above.
I would not recommend purchasing furniture from this location. Having waited 142 days (almost 5 months) for a chair I ordered, I was disappointed by brand of chair that arrived. While shopping there I told the associate over and over again that I had had a 'dud' of a chair from one brand. When I sat in the 'new' chair, it did not fit as the one in the showroom did.
