I want to share a concerning experience I had at Island Foot & Spa. I went there for a massage with my best friend, and we were both set up for a relaxing session. Unfortunately, we feel we made a mistake by not wearing underwear, but we expected a basic level of respect and privacy. First, despite requesting to stay in the same room, they separated us. This was my first place coming to a place like this , and let me just say I will not be going back. The first interaction I had with the person who was going to massage me was rude to say the least , she pulled at my sleeve very rudely and said “take off !”.
