The best service on the island. Thats why I continue to use this credit union for almost 10 years. The staff is highly professional and friendly. Highly recommend
Went in for a new debit card, the teller that helped me, Anthony C in Massapequa was very nice and helpful. Knew procedures and was very polite.
I had a wonderful experience today in the Massapequa branch. I feel bad that I didn’t ask the tellers name but I did see her teller number on my receipt. Teller 711 was a delightful representative of IFCU, she handled two separate transactions for me. My teller was helpful, friendly and kind. As a retired customer service supervisor, I truly appreciated her professionalism and patience while I struggled to find the payee on a certified check that I had needed. Thank you for a great customer service experience.
