Amazing! Went above and beyond to help with a sticky problem dealing with a shared branch. So grateful for their help and professionalism.
IFCU is in a co-op with my regular bank, but while visiting the area, I needed to make what should have been a simple cross-bank transaction. The teller (I wish I had gotten her name) was amazing. She tried every possible avenue for at least 45 minutes while the systems weren't talking to each other, until we were able to get what we needed. She was pleasant and helpful, making a stressful situation much more pleasant than it could have been. 5 stars all the way!
Went in to do a ACH, customer service member Lucie was the worst. Extremely rude like I was bothering her. She did not want to be bothered. I gave 1star. The teller# 709 I believe his name is Braeden, he gets 5 stars from us. Extremely personable and nice. Asked if we needed anything else and had a warm and caring nature with a smile the whole time. The manager wasn’t there, but she is also an awesome person.
Everyone I’ve dealt with at the Massapequa branch especially Annabelle have been so nice, helpful & respectful!!! Pleasure doing business at this branch!!
