Did an auto loan with Anthony at the Hicksville branch, it was fast and painless! LOL
Anthony at branch was nice but customer service was horrible. I direct deposited money for 6 months and never took out money and when I finally tried to transfer money out, it was so much trouble and effort to get out. I did everything they asked and rhen some and when everything was good on their end....I was suddenly blocked from transferring because they couldn't verify me.
