Very polite and transparent. Made process very smooth and efficient
First time coming to this bank and Had a wonderful experience. John was AMAZING! He helped me with my auto re-finance and took his time to explain and make sure I understood my options. Had patience and answered all my questions. Overall great experience cant wait to start my journey with this bank 😄
Went into the Branch today with a slight problem in regards to my account and John Mandra didn’t come to disappoint at all. He came over right away to inquire about my dilemma and after a few minutes got my problem resolved quick and efficiently!!!! Truly appreciate the Hicksville team and Branch!!!
Michael Gonzalez, the manager at Hicksville branch is so nice. Very easy to talk to , so Helpful, quick to answer member questions and is just there for you!!! All Bank reps can learn from him! Thank you for your help, glad I am a new member there!!!
