I have been a member of Island Federal for many years. The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and professional. Last week I had a transaction at the Sayville branch that required additional service. Angel and Kim helped resolve the issue and contacted Melanie at the Selden branch to complete the transaction. Kim, Angel and Melanie were very helpful.
Recently I needed to renew my CD and could not get to the local Branch. I called one of the representatives, Brian Lundahl at the Selden location. He had been a huge help to me not long ago in person and knew who I was when I called. He was able to rollover the maturing CD into another one for me and mail me a receipt. Great service. On this day it was Brian, but I have had many others there from the Manager, Steve to Reps working the drive-thru that assisted me and gave me great service.

Came to the branch because I had to get a letter Notarized, was in and out within 5 minutes !! Dawn from the Sayville branch is a huge help for any notarizing needs !
