Rented with the company via Turo. When I went to pick up the keys there was none in the lockbox. No one was at the place. No one answering their phones. I used another rental car company just down the street, better service, quick and easy and actually cost less.
Island EV is a great company to rent with! They have top of the notch golf cars that are electric! They’re safe and comfortable and reliable. Our event added a little more class with these bad boys for transport. Everyone in the office is very accommodating! Thank you all for everything! Update: Used then again this year, and will continue to time after time! They’re amazing!
Our experience could not have been better! We arrived for a two week stay, passed their location at 10pm on our way to our Airbnb in Kihei. The next day I booked online around 2pm and by 3pm I had heard from the girl and was set to meet her at the cart at 3:30 for pick up! So prompt and helpful. Upon arrival some coastal roads were shut down because of a storm and we were not able to take it on the highway so she had me follow her on back roads to get around the construction!
