I rarely leave reviews, but felt inclined to support Heidi here, as I look so much younger after each one of her facials! Before she starts, she always talks through any concerns I may have, While looking closely for potential skin damage or preventative measures needed. In the past, I've only done occasional facials here and there, however, I'm on my fourth, now regular, visit with her as I can truly tell a difference.. I have been coming to Island Esthetics for about a year now and will be coming as long as I am living close by! Heidi is so kind and truly cares about her clients. She is so passionate about her work and so gentle on the skin. Many of her products are made by her and are so hydrating and healthy for your skin. I was visiting the area and reached out to Heidi in advance of my trip to schedule an appointment for an eyebrow, lip, and Brazilian wax. Not only was she flexible in scheduling, but the services were STELLAR. I cannot say enough good things about Heidi—this was my first time being sugared instead of waxed, and it was immensely LESS painful than any wax I’ve ever had. The location was very cute and easy to get to. It’s on the second floor and there’s a sandwich board sign directing you to it. Heidi was extremely professional, friendly, and informative. A totally relaxing experience with exceptional massage of face, shoulders, neck that relieved tension. Lotions and potions were smoothly applied. A perfect session with good conversation.
