Do not take your bike here for repair if you value it. I was visiting from a cold state and loaded my bike in my vehicle and made the drive. While biking up the bridge to the island I noticed something wrong with my crank. I took it to them and a young man with long hair said he could fix it, I asked what would happen if I continue to ride it and he said I could damage my crank, not wanting to inflict damage to my bike I agreed to have him work on it, also I was 11 miles away from my vehicle. A great LOCAL business. Took my bike in to have a splitting tire replaced. Not only was my tire replaced, but everything was looked at and tightened up. Safer ride for me! Fast, friendly, and honest service at a fair price. Highly recommend Island Cycles! #supportlocalbusiness
The hipster looking dude shows zero interest in helping. Bad attitude and rude to other customers. I would stay away from this place if you expect to be greeted by someone who cared.
