I showed up here on vacation only to discover that my bicycle somehow had gotten a flat tire during my 15 Hour drive to the OBX. Absolutely great customer service and got me back riding in less than 24 hours! Absolutely made my long weekend - thank you!!!
I just rented equipment and had an outstanding experience. They were very helpful and delivered just as they promised. Customer service was excellent. I wish every company was like that.
Great experience! Easy to book, chairs were at our place by 1pm on the day we arrived (didn't expect them to come so early). Chairs in good to great shape, umbrella great shape. Really easy with the drop off / pick up option. Would definitely recommend them and would use them again!

Very friendly, great customer service. Bikes were great for a larger person. I had an issue with the lock and they resolved it with out any issues. Will definitely use them again. 10/10 would recommend
