Nice selection of beads. Expensive boutique prices. They have many beading classes and table to make things while your there.
Truly a special place! I have been coming here over the years and the art they showcase is absolutely fabulous! I took a 3 wrap bracelet class with Colleen several years ago. Her patience and expertise is exceptional. I still make bracelets too many to count. My sister and niece came in for my nieces 13th birthday and we took a macrame class with Debbie. I was at the salon next door getting my hair done for my beach wedding that evening. I saw the store and went in. I was in awe, what a perfect place to get a pearl necklace made for my ceremony! They usually take 2 weeks but she Took her time, helped me find out the most perfect pearls and made the most beautiful necklace for me all in an hour! It was the perfect touch to pull everything together. They were amazing!
I had such a wonderful time at Island Cove. I went in to get some supplies to make my own bracelet; the shop was so charming and had a variety of beautiful beads and charms to choose from! The staff were so welcoming and helpful- I didn't really have any experience with jewellery making and beadwork. Camille was kind enough to sit down and help me every step of the way!
