Encountered a rude little man at the purelator desk at island cleaning supplies, in Parksville today . There was a lady in front of me with her parcel on the scale , I put my small parcel at the end of the counter , the little man took it upon himself to tell me to get my parcel off the counter and said , quit crowding this lady , I was taken back by his rudeness as I was only passing the time chatting to this lady .. Rude and condescending staff when dealing with their purolator service. Woman helping me walked away shaking her head like I was inconveniencing her. She was unable to read a number and input into the computer or scan QR code. Avoid this establishment for purolator related business. Or just in general.
