Great products, great pricing, and the staff are lovely! Very helpful store if you have specific cleaning needs, or general cleaning requirements they got you covered!

Rude and condescending staff when dealing with their purolator service. Woman helping me walked away shaking her head like I was inconveniencing her. She was unable to read a number and input into the computer or scan QR code. Avoid this establishment for purolator related business. Or just in general.
I guess if your purchasing something from this company, the customer service seems to be good according to reviews i just read. But if you are picking up a Purolater parcel, there is definitely some communication problems!! Not only that, but 2 out of 2 employees did not know the rules of picking up a parcel and did not listen to the customer when “she” gave them her information.
