Extremely personable, professional, and proficient. Christian is one of a kind - I went in with years of tightness and after an hour I felt more ‘in my body’ than I can say I have ever felt. The session truly smoothed and sped along my recovery while stripping away soreness. Can’t recommend highly enough!

How fortunate for me because he is extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what was going on with my muscles and body in general.
