The gentleman went beyond and above to help me in a situation that is that can happen to anyone but yet he went the extra mile I haven't tried to tip him extra but he would not accept it I would definitely recommend him over anyone and I will be back if I ever need him again but thank you again have a blessed day five stars 10 if I could
I have personally been using island cash for years now. Every employee and the owner included are very professional and also caring. They treat me like family. if I were to recommend cashing a check anywhere in Baldwin county this would be the place. Do not let the rating from irrelevant reviews draw you away from this business/establishment. You will not regret using their services plus they give every first customer a gift.... so go and see for yourself.
My wife went all over town trying to cash a money order until I told her to go to Island Cash who was able to cash the money order with out any trouble the gentlemen at Island cash Robertsdale saved the day for my wife and made her fill safe by not letting anyone else in the building with her. Would highly recommend going to Island cash Robertsdale first for any check cashing needs. Want to say thanks so much to Pete Marcellini for saving the day for my wife.
They would not cash my check in robertsdale. My customer, a construction company, gave me the check minutes before, I endorsed the check as I always do, they would not cash my check even though I was in the system, the man behind the counter basically said I was guilty of taking a pic on a mobile app to cash it then bring it in to cash again. I will never use them again because he was rude And likes to assume you’re doing something wrong just because you endorse your check like you’re supposed to
