The owner, Derek, is good about explaining everything clearly. We felt confident that he took care of us as if we were his own family members.
Amazing service done on 2009 Honda Fit, accommodated us coming in early before opening and even stayed past closing to do the final checks and make sure everything was good to go. Very knowledgeable and transparent in breaking down what he replaced, and showed us the wear and tear of the old suspension & brake parts. Derek is amazing! Very honest and felt in great hands. I dropped my car off and he kept me in communication of everything. He even offered different options for me price wise and apologized when he believed I was inconvenienced, which I never was. Very friendly and warm staff. Told me I could call if any issues came up. I will definitely be recommending and coming back here!
Trust the rating, it's well deserved. The amount of care and integrity that went in to Derek's and his daughters service are absolutely unmatched. He explained every single thing in detail about what parts he replaced called me for my preferences, detailed the hours. My truck had MULTIPLE issues after the wheel bearing gor FRIED and I knew it.
