I had such a great experience here yesterday. My bike seat literally fell completely off while I was riding, and I showed up feeling flustered and embarrassed with a bike in one hand and a seat in the other. Chris and the team immediately jumped in to help. They patiently tried multiple seat posts to find the right fit for my older bike, took the extra time to clean and grease everything properly, and had me safely back on the road in no time. Great customer service, had people helping me the whole way through. Rented 2 bikes, they came perfect and ready to go. The young boys there were hilarious! Highly recommend.
The bikes were great. Ready to go. I picked this place even though it caused me to rent an uber to/from the location from the Ferry drop off. My only disappointment was after we spend $160 for bikes, and $80 in Uber fees to do business with this company even though there were 20 other options within 2 blocks of the Ferry dock, we dropped off the bikes and asked if we could please use the bathroom and they said “no, sorry, not open to public”.
