The bikes were great. Ready to go. I picked this place even though it caused me to rent an uber to/from the location from the Ferry drop off. My only disappointment was after we spend $160 for bikes, and $80 in Uber fees to do business with this company even though there were 20 other options within 2 blocks of the Ferry dock, we dropped off the bikes and asked if we could please use the bathroom and they said “no, sorry, not open to public”. These guys and gals are great. They know what they are doing. They lubed and tightened the BB on my Eddie Merckx and explained what I need to look out for.
Reserved three bikes to be delivered to our VRBO; bikes were delivered on time and were in good shape. We had a great time exploring the island by bike. Thanks
Just keep the owner, Jay from any customer service duties. Speak to Lee or other folks running the shop who are very nice and helpful with your rentals.
So impressed with this company. First, the bikes were in great shape, seemed fairly new and were super comfortable. Excellent customer service, they went above and beyond. They don't charge a delivery and pick up fee while some bike shops are increasing their fees. My only regret is I didn't find them sooner. Will never go anywhere else.
