So impressed with this company. First, the bikes were in great shape, seemed fairly new and were super comfortable. Excellent customer service, they went above and beyond. They don't charge a delivery and pick up fee while some bike shops are increasing their fees. My only regret is I didn't find them sooner. Will never go anywhere else.
I am very happy with the used bike I purchased in July. Great bike, fair price. They provided excellent advice on all the different head and tail lights, and were not pushy at all. I have also used their repair service which is fast and expert. Lots of smiles around that place - both staff and customers.
Stopped in for a quick repair after I ran into a problem on the bike path. Fast service, fair price. Nice shop overall.
I unexpectedly needed a weeklong, next-day bike rental. Called Island Bike, got great service over the phone, and had a Jamis Citizen 2 delivered the following afternoon. Brand new bike, perfect for what I needed. Couldn't have been any easier! Highly recommended.
