I have unfortunately had a similar experience to others who have left reviews here. I too planned a birthday surprise at Crown taking advantage of their ultimate Summer lunch offer. Unfortunately their refusal to allow us to use the pools on the same day as we had lunch, despite confirming our booking several days before, ruined my husband's birthday! This is my second time here after a long time, over the weekend and I am now truly convinced this is the BEST spa in Perth. It is probably the ONLY proper spa in Perth, the rest being very exclusive beauty salons at best. I had the 60 min relaxation massage with Paula and she was amazing. So experienced and very comfortable to be around. I prefer my massages firm and she was just great.
