Great experience! They weren't trying to sell me a gun but provided me with information that helped me find the gun that fit my needs. Extremely knowledgeable and honest business. We had a great experience!! JR was great, BUT BeBe truly made our first purchase there great! She made my wife’s first handgun experience much more comfortable and enjoyable. JR and his staff are awesome. Willing to show you several options to meet your needs and fully explain things in great detail. And if he doesn’t have it he will find away to get it for you. Anybody can sell a gun or accessories but JR and his staff makes you feel like a friend and that customer service means I’m going to him for everything in the future.
Ordered an Alien Remus online and used them as an FFL. Great communication, quick responses. Notified when it arrived, in and out of the shop quickly. Plenty of inventory in the store, picked up a Streamlight TLR-8X while I was there.
Always have had great service I came in to buy a suppressor and had an unbelievable turn around of four days. Overall the shop is very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I have taken novice gun buyers there and they have been very informative while not making them feel dumb for questions. Overall a 10/10 experience will definitely return in the future.
