Meant to do this earlier, but things got a bit busy. I walked in to ISFA-4 with an AR10 project that needed to be completed several weeks back. JR and BB run an Outstanding shop. They acknowledge and welcome every person as they enter letting the customer feel as though it will be a productive visit. . I certainly felt this way. JR took the time to listen, synthesize and understand my need. No steering. No judgement. Pure professionalism, rare in this day of box stores and impersonal internet click bait driven sales. Top block. Zagursky COL USA (r).

Great experience! They weren't trying to sell me a gun but provided me with information that helped me find the gun that fit my needs. Extremely knowledgeable and honest business. Im going to refer all my friends and family that are interested in building their collection. I will absolutely be a repeat customer.

Ordered an Alien Remus online and used them as an FFL. Great communication, quick responses. Notified when it arrived, in and out of the shop quickly. Plenty of inventory in the store, picked up a Streamlight TLR-8X while I was there.
