Went to get an online quote and got a phone call immediately. I was on my way to a job interview. Told the guy on the phone and was pressured to stay on the phone even while I was driving (didn’t have Bluetooth only hands free loudspeaker at the time), while also using my Google maps. Very unsafe. I told him this was unsafe but apparently a sale is more important than safe driving. Got badgered into changing providers when I did not want to.

I was lied to about why I needed to go with the energy provider suggested by the salesperson. Ended up signing me up to a provider that couldn’t connect my service. Do you own research, don’t rely on this company, they lie.

Multiple calls in only a few hours. Was comparing electricity plans on my lunch break and have received 3 calls within 2 hours whilst I'm at work. I blocked the number on the second call and they called back on another number. Didn't leave a message. There are reasons people don't answer calls and perhaps one of them is they are busy! I won't be using their services as this is harassment. Leave a message and call the next day at least.

BEWARE! They scammed me by getting me to change health providers and admitted the salesperson gave me incorrect information! I have had to take the matter to the ombudsman. They are scammers!!!
