I have been working with iScreen a few years. Most recently he fixed one of my phones that would not recharge. Fixed within a few hours and much cheaper that replacing the phone. Great service!
Google doesn’t allow 0 and negative stars bcos that’s what this business deserves. I had gone to the merchant to get the back glass replaced and they ended up putting more scratches all around as can be seen in the attached pic and refused to refund or take responsibility for the shoddy job. Save you money and go somewhere else
I recently had my phone repaired by Pouria Navab and I couldn't be happier with the experience! He is incredibly kind and always greets you with a smile, which makes the whole process comfortable. He did an excellent job fixing my phone quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend him to everyone. Plus, he works with Verizon , which I believe is the best in the business. Felt like I was being scammed at this location, had much better service at the store across the street at the repair shop in Walmart! Will be using their business from now on!
I’m so happy with the repair! The back screen was shattered on my iPhone 13 Pro Max and the process was very simple and economical. During the initial visit, I paid and he ordered the part for next day delivery to him. He asked me to drop it at 12pm the next day and leave it with him till 12 pm following day. So my phone was only out for repair for 24 hours. Got it back right on time as he promised and everything is all good! Very good price considering what Apple and others charge for this repair.
