I bought a I Scooter 9 about 6 months ago. The throttle broke after about a week and i have not been able to get a refund, a part replacement or a response. I have talked to 2 agents (one named ******* and they said they would escalate the complaint. That was about 2 months ago. Scooter quit working for no reason. ****** with customer service for weeks. They said pay 50$ for shipping and we will send a new one. Paid that 3 weeks ago and no new scooter. Leave voicemails and they barely call back. Then they say you need to confirm your address. Clearly says y address on the order I placed. Now getting no response back and no new scooter
I purchased a I10max, my first complaint was the scooter ran motor hot and the battery drained before It got the advertised 50 miles. It also ran hot a mile in use, as well as the rim popping two inner tube's in the same spot. After the battery died and I turned it on after charging the controller reset itself. My iX3 stopped running all of a sudden I have replace the communication cable. Which was an issue in itself it said delivered but could not find it anywhere iscooter customer service was no help. I informed them if my signature was not on the delivery then it wasn't delivered they finally got what I was saying and sent another. When considering an electric scooter, make sure you think twice about buying one from Iscooter. My son purchase a scooter E9 Pro from them with a one year warranty and less in a year the main stem/shaft that supports the handles bars broke. So this is what you can expect when calling their support number. Since they don't have a place to repair the scooter, their solution is to send you the part with a video so you can install it for them.
