This is a really nurturing and warm place to learn pilates. I would especially recommend this place if you have never done pilates or have rehabilitation needs. It is a place to learn and be curious.
Just hit my 2-year mark taking classes here and I love it so much! The teachers are all amazing (shout out to Monique and Rena, who are my two regulars!) and the owner Eshael is a wonder woman who makes clients feel like family. I started doing Pilates after a back injury, and now, in no small part thanks to the folks at Ischyra Soma, I am stronger and more confident than ever before
