Just hit my 2-year mark taking classes here and I love it so much! The teachers are all amazing (shout out to Monique and Rena, who are my two regulars!) and the owner Eshael is a wonder woman who makes clients feel like family. I started doing Pilates after a back injury, and now, in no small part thanks to the folks at Ischyra Soma, I am stronger and more confident than ever before
There is no one at this location and I’ve left several messages in the phone calls are not returned. I believe it’s closed.
I should’ve written this review after my very first class, but I’ve been busy enjoying the amazing package I purchased and when I tell you this place is incredible, I mean it! I absolutely love it here. The ambiance is beautiful, calm, and welcoming, and the entire staff including the owner, Eshael is truly wonderful. I highly recommend Eshael, the owner of Ischyra Soma Fitness . I have been taking classes with her over the past year and have consistently been impressed with her exceptional service. Eshael is incredibly patient and provides excellent feedback, both verbally and tactically, to help you improve your movements.
