I have ordered multiple garments from Isavella. There weeks ago, I ordered a different size garment, (thinking I'd fit on it!), received it, opened it and sadly, didnt fit. As a matter if fact, didnt even go up one of my legs, so I folded it and put it back in the bag and into a priority box. Sent it back and after 10 days, 5 phone calls (2 of which was put on hold for about 2 minutes), got an email stating that my garment looked as it had been 'used' and would not be exchanged because it had a stain..
