We attended the store last Sunday and was really impressed with the new set up. We received exceptional customer service in particular by one of the staff named Kathryn who was incredibly friendly and helpful. As much as she appeared to be very busy helping many customers, she was very kind and generous with her time , displaying outstanding friendly customer service with a smile. Will definitely be back.
Hi, came yesterday, waiting in the line and in the sun for 45min just to get in, l wanted to get the Masterpro blender that was $75, didn’t have any and when l asked it was out of stock , when l was looking l found one displayed and grabbed it happy, waited another 20min to pay for it with other items, l asked if it doesn’t work can l bring it back,it was a guy that served me and said yes, l went home that was far away around an hour, first thing l tried it and it doesn’t work very disappointed and l checked online and saw t... read more
Waited over an hour in the blaring sun today, only to get in and for it to be so chaotic I couldn’t even look around properly, people were everywhere and the day definitely was not managed well from staff. The only accessible areas were the ones with little to no stock left. I found one item I liked, but I was not about to line up for another 30 minutes for one $8 candle. Really disappointing.
Beautiful renovation and the store looks great, but the prices have gone up so much it no longer feels like an outlet. It used to be our go to for affordable shopping, which is disappointing.
Wonderful store, stunning decor pieces at great prices and amazing quality. Also a kitchen section with fantastic products. Well worth a visit
