I've been in Satellite Beach for 20 years now, I've been in that store many many times. Employees are different everytime I go ( to me, not a good sign) but one thing was consistent...they were always indifferent and rude. They make you feel like you're going to steal something, always walking real close to you to make sure you know THEY ARE watching. They feel bothered if you ask them to help. I bought my wedding dress with Isabella's, and when the dress arrived, it smelled moldy and was sewn incorrectly. I called the store to let them know of the problem, and was told that all sales are final. I did not want to return the dress, I just wanted the problem fixed! After A LOT of phone calls and emails with the store (I live out of state) they finally agreed to send it back to the designer to fix it. An altogether unpleasant experience, and I will NEVER recommend anyone go to this store!
