Will not help at all with issues. Typical bank nonsense of claiming the issue isn't on their end and sending you on a goose chase to call other people, so they can avoid looking at anything.
I have always received superior and professional services and advice from ICCU. I have nothing negative to say about them. My relationship with ICCU has spanned many years and my only complaint is that they haven’t opened a branch in Clare, MI yet.
Employees were genuinely nice and caring. I was informed of going on line with my statements instead of paper.
I have banked with ICCU for 40 years. It's been such a great experience. Everyone is helpful and they make it easy to arrange a loan or an IRA. They have been there for me and I appreciate them so much.
