This bank has gone down hill in the past 5 years big time. I have never had a credit Union switch you from a lower interest loan to another that jumps 5.5% and not disclose that before the deal just says well you are saving this much in a payment. Then the countless issues with customer service since about Misinformation from loan rep to another. So much changeover with tellers and call center reps. It starts to make you wonder what is going on.
