Great staff easy to work with and they have your best interest at heart.
ICCU is a D tier bank. I have a car loan through ICCU just learned they changed the payment method. Now. If I make a payment on my loan outside of my ICCU account they charge you $15. I’ve had many banks and never have I been charged extra on top of the interest rate I’m already paying them to make a payment. I will be refinancing and dropping this awful credit union. There are MANY better options.
Will not help at all with issues. Typical bank nonsense of claiming the issue isn't on their end and sending you on a goose chase to call other people, so they can avoid looking at anything.
