Very disappointed with my experience refinancing my home. Very poor communication and customer service. The processor for Isabella failed to fill out the verification paperwork to have my payoff sent to them. This delayed my closing and caused extra fees for verification of employment. Additionally, my credit was run a second time without authorization. Spoke with VP, she never apologized and instead decided to fall back on, "I've been doing this for X number of years..."
