School is so laid back! My kid moved to Norris Elementary last year, and everything was so hard for her! She hadn't learned many things at Sem that the kids at Norris knew! She didn't know long division in 5th grade because in 4th grade, Sem never taught her! We moved at May, 2016 when she was in 4th Grade, and she didn't know long division! In the past 6 years, Sem Elementary has not been without it's problems. Over all, with the funding they're given and the restrictions they have to work within I believe they do a wonderful job. The teachers we have had in our years at Sem have been caring, dedicated, and well-intentioned. The principals and specials staff have come and gone, and we have enjoyed working with them all.
