I was attending Isabel Court for an assessment with one of my care team. It was 8.30am and the lobby was full of smiley faces that live here going out for dog walks, breakfast in the near by pub and other residents going out with family members. The manager greeted every resident personally, asking about their welfare and daily activities. She was friendly and approachable. The facilities were also clean and living area well presented. It was a breath of fresh air for retirement housing.
