Ms.Balboa was the standing trustee for my chapter 13. I filed to try to save my house. It was determined that my house would be handled outside the chapter 13. Not my decision. Ms. Balboa insisted that even though no payments were to be made to the mortgage company out of my monthly trustee payments that the chapter 13 was persuant to getting a loan modification.
