Myself my son and my two grandchildren were going north on 31 at Markland avenue in Kokomo Indiana a city police officer run through the intersection with no siren on and we collided. State Police ruled that it was the city police's fault for lack of sound coming from the City Police car. I was driving northbound on 31 had the green light and the police officer blasted through and we collided.
