Superb experience with Jasmine today. Had an initial assessment that was very thorough and resulted in suggested exercises.
Marlyn Bravo is amazing! I came in for a pain in the left shoulder plate and she knew right away what the problem was. She showed me exercices that relieved the pain right away. We then kept on working to improve my posture and movements on an everyday basis to make sure the issue wouldn’t come back. Thank you very much!
