They were quick to adjust the rear derailleur on my Specialized Hardrock. They tried up-selling me by telling me my chain was stretched, that's why it was skipping. I told them 3 times it wasn't skipping, just not shifting. They used a piece of aluminum with notches to demonstrate the stretched issue. They couldn't tell me anything about the random piece of aluminum, like how do I know by what standard its measured? The staff here are knowledgeable and will help you with any questions you have. A small upgrade for 2x7 speed to 1x11 speed shimano depreciation M5100. I definitely recommend coming here. 10/10.
Quick turnaround on my bike. Called other shops and they would've charged me double with about a week to wait. Walter had my bike done the same day. I will definitely go back to get my mountain bike serviced.
